Breathe Life Sciences (“BLS”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bioxyne Ltd (BXN:ASX) and licensed manufacturer, sponsor, importer and exporter of controlled substances (S3, S4, S8) in Australia.
Bioxyne is an Australian publicly traded life sciences and consumer health products company and parent company of Breathe Life Sciences.
For the last 15 years our unique formulations, healthcare solutions, and patient-focused approach has helped change millions of lives. Our goal is to be at the forefront of alternative medicines, researching and developing safer and more efficacious treatments, medicines, and health supplements to improve and prolong life.

In May 2023 Bioxyne acquired Breathe Life Sciences Pty Ltd, an Australian pharmaceuticals company licensed by the Department of Health and Aged Care, and the Queensland government to import, export, manufacture and supply scheduled drugs including drugs listed as S3, S4, S8. The Breathe Life Sciences group of companies operates in Australia (parent company), Japan, United Kingdom, Czechia, Switzerland, France, Germany, and the United States where it is a market leader in the production and supply of starting materials, extracts, and white label manufactured wellness, supplement, novel foods, mushrooms, nootropic and skincare products.

Dr Watson is an internationally distributed band, wholly owned and manufactured exclusively by BLS. The Dr W brand represents quality, natural, alternative, and sits on the labels of novel foods, lifestyle and consumer health products, as well as unregistered and investigational medicines.
